Appointments, WhatsApp and SMS reminders

The no-show rule sits in the salon's own contract. The software records it; it does not enforce it. Reminders go out on the salon's own channels.

VAT 20 / 10 / 1 percent

The rates are on file. The old eighteen-percent rate is not used. A simple-regime or threshold split is missing today — that stays on the roadmap.

E-documents at GİB, the fiscal slip on the device

e-Archive and e-Invoice go out once a GİB integrator is connected. The fiscal slip comes from the ÖKC device; the software issues a command, it does not replace the device.

The standard VAT rate is 20 percent; the old 18 percent rate no longer applies.
e-Invoice and e-Archive: GİB, UBL-TR. They go out once an integrator is connected; we do not call them mandatory for everyone.
There is no tip screen. Card tipping is closed.

Questions

I have no ÖKC device / I am on the simple regime. Is a software receipt legal?: No. The software issues a command; the fiscal slip comes from the device. There is no simple-regime split. We do not treat the slip as legal.
Is e-Invoice mandatory for me?: The statute has a threshold and a deferral. The code marks everyone as mandatory; there is no threshold engine. We do not say it is mandatory for everyone — ask your accountant.
How do I pay the subscription?: By card, in TRY: PayTR or iyzico.
Can I send campaign SMS to customers?: İYS registration and consent are required. Without a declaration, sending does not start. There is no live İYS query; we do not say we are connected.
Can I take tips?: Cash in hand is outside the system. Card tipping is closed.
