**1. Connect your provider account.** Settings → Integrations → SMS → connect your own Netgsm/Twilio/etc. account. Glanevo doesn't sell SMS; you pay your provider directly. **2. Sender name.** Your own approved brand name is used (regulator approval takes about five working days) — the sender is always your account, not Glanevo. **3.** Marketing → SMS → + New. **4. Pick a template:** appointment reminder, birthday, campaign, win-back. **5. Choose the segment.** **6. Legal check.** Nothing goes to a customer without marketing consent. **7. Send.** 📈 Open rates are typically over 95%, with 3–8% converting. ⚠️ Turkish law: marketing messages only between 08:00 and 22:00, and never without consent.
