How moving from Pro to Premium works, and when to do it.

**1.** Settings → Subscription → Upgrade. **2.** Choose the new plan. **3. Pro-rated billing.** The unused days on your current plan are credited and the difference is charged. **Example:** you are on Pro at ₺1,690/month and move to Pro+ (₺2,990/month) on day 15 — the remaining 15 days of Pro are credited and 15 days of Pro+ are charged. **4. Instant access.** The new features switch on immediately (AI assistant, multi-location and so on). **5. Going back down.** A move from Pro+ to Pro takes effect at the end of the period (no data is lost, but Pro+-only data is archived). ⚠️ If your staff count exceeds the new plan's limit, the upgrade is required.
