**1.** Settings → Profile → Change password. **2.** Enter your current password. **3. New password.** At least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a digit and a symbol. **4.** Type it again. **5.** Save. **What happens next.** - You are signed out on every device except this one. - Staff apps ask for a fresh sign-in. **Forgotten password.** Sign-in page → “Forgot password” → email link → reset. ⚠️ Do not reuse the same password within 12 months; a password manager is strongly recommended.
