**1. Service list.** Settings → Services → + New service. **2. Basics.** Name, category (hair / skin / nails…), description. **3. Duration & D-CCM.** - Total duration: 90 min - Active time: 30 min (applying the colour) - Passive time: 60 min (waiting) During the passive stretch the D-CCM engine sends the staff member to another customer, which **lifts revenue by around 40%**. **4. Price.** A fixed price or a min–max range. Mark whether VAT is included. **5. Assign staff.** Which staff members provide this service. **6. Online visibility.** Should it show on your booking site? Is it VIP-only? 💡 Start with 5–10 popular services and grow the catalogue over time.
