Bring everything with you when you move to Glanevo: **1. Export from your old software.** - Customers: CSV (first name, last name, phone, email, date of birth). - Services: CSV (name, duration, price, category). - Appointment history: CSV (date, customer phone, service, staff member, amount). - Staff: CSV (name, email, commission %). **2. Download the Glanevo templates.** Settings → Data → Template CSVs. **3. Match the columns.** Rearrange to match the template. UTF-8 encoding. **4. Test import.** Try ten rows first; if there are no errors, upload the full file. **5. Order matters.** Customers first, then services, then staff, and appointment history last (because of the foreign-key dependencies). **6. Verify.** Customers → search → check a few records by hand. 📦 If your old software has an API, the Glanevo support team can do the migration in a day (Premium).
