Bulk Import via CSV

Bring your data over from your old software and map the fields.

**1. Prepare the CSV.** Columns: `First name`, `Last name`, `Phone`, `Email`, `Date of birth`, `Gender`, `Notes`. UTF-8 encoded. **2.** Customers → Import. **3. Upload the file.** Drag and drop, or use the picker. Up to 10 MB / 50,000 rows. **4. Map the fields.** The system guesses; correct anything it gets wrong. **5. Preview.** The first ten records are shown — if they look wrong, fix the CSV. **6. Confirm.** Choose how duplicates are handled (skip / overwrite / merge). **7. Import.** A progress bar runs, then a summary (X added, Y skipped, Z errors). 📥 Download a **template CSV** from Settings → Data → Templates.
