The **Notes** tab on the customer profile: **1. General notes.** Preferred staff member, timing preferences, how past visits went. **2. Allergies & health.** Colour allergy, pregnancy, chronic conditions. ⚠️ A flagged note is shown to the staff member at every appointment. **3. Photos.** Previous hair condition, tattoo references, make-up references. **4. Contracts.** Upload a PDF (a permission form for a hair simulation, for instance). **5. Audit log.** Who added which note and when — for data-protection compliance. ⚠️ Health data is a special category and is only visible to authorised roles.
