The customer detail page has six tabs: **1. Overview.** Photo, contact details, birthday, first and last visit, total spend, average spend. **2. Appointments.** The full history (completed, cancelled, no-show). **3. Purchases.** Products and services bought, amounts, and which staff member sold them. **4. Loyalty.** Current points, points spent and earned, and tier (Bronze / Silver / Gold). **5. Notes.** Hair type, allergies, preferred staff member, photos. **6. Documents.** Privacy consent, photo permission, contracts. **AI panel.** A health score (0–100), churn risk, and a next-best-offer suggestion. 🎯 A customer who crosses the VIP threshold gets the VIP badge automatically, and you are notified.
