How to Add a Customer

One at a time, in bulk, or automatically from an online booking.

**One customer.** Customers → + New customer → name, phone (required), email. Birthday and gender are optional but useful for marketing segments. **Bulk import.** Customers → Import → upload a CSV or Excel file → map the fields → import. Ten thousand records take about 30 seconds. **Automatically.** Anyone who books online becomes a customer; the privacy notice is shown during the booking flow. **Phone verification.** The number is verified with the first SMS (which carries a WhatsApp/SMS gateway cost). **Duplicate detection.** If the phone number already exists, you are asked whether to merge. ⚠️ Data protection: customer data is used only for the business relationship; marketing consent is collected separately.
