**1.** Settings → Subscription → Invoice history. **2. Pick a date range.** This month, last month, the last 12 months, or a custom range. **3. Format.** - **PDF one by one** — a separate file per invoice. - **PDF in bulk (ZIP)** — a whole month or year in one archive. - **CSV summary** — for moving into Excel. **4. e-Archive.** For customers in Türkiye an approved e-archive invoice is issued automatically; you can also fetch it from the tax-authority download link tab. **5. Automatic email.** The invoice PDF reaches your registered address at 09:00 on the 1st of each month. 📑 Invoices are retained for at least five years on Glanevo's servers, for tax inspections.
