Updating Payment Method

Change the card, add an IBAN, update a SEPA mandate.

**1.** Settings → Subscription → Payment method. **2. See what is on file.** Last four digits of the card, expiry date, status. **3. + New card.** Card number, expiry, CVV and name → “Verify” (a free ₺1 pre-authorisation that is released). **4. Make it the default.** Tick “Use this card by default” and the next invoice comes off it. **5. Remove the old card.** At least one card must remain as the default. **SEPA / IBAN (EU).** Available in EU countries only; the mandate is activated with a digital signature. 🔒 Card details are never stored by Glanevo — Stripe tokenises them.
