Moving between Free, Pro and Premium — with pro-rated billing.

**1.** Settings → Subscription → Change plan. **2.** Choose the new plan. **3. Pro-rated calculation.** The unused days on your current plan are credited and the difference charged. **4. Immediate or end of period.** - Upgrade → active immediately. - Downgrade → active at the end of the period, so you keep what you have until then. **5. Billing.** Your next invoice reflects the new plan. ⚠️ If your staff count exceeds the new plan's limit, the downgrade is blocked — deactivate staff first.
