An automation is a rule that says “when X happens, do Y”. **Example triggers.** - A new customer is added - An appointment is marked as a no-show - A customer has not visited in 60+ days - It is a customer's birthday - A service is completed - Stock runs low **Example actions.** - Send an SMS - Send a WhatsApp message - Send an email - Add a tag (“VIP”, say) - Add loyalty points - Post a Slack notification (integration) - Fire a webhook **1.** Automations → + New. **2.** Choose the trigger. **3. Condition (optional).** Narrow it to a segment — “and the customer is VIP”. **4.** Choose the action. **5. Test.** Run the flow against mock data. **6. Publish.** 📊 Every automation keeps statistics: how often it fired, its success rate, and an error log.
