**Flat percentage.** The same rate on every service (30% of revenue, say). **Per service.** A different rate per service (25% on colour, 35% on nails). **Tiered.** Rises with monthly revenue (₺0–10k = 25%, ₺10–25k = 30%, ₺25k+ = 35%). **Seniority-based.** On a multi-staff service, the people working earlier and later take different shares. **Tips.** 100% goes to the staff member; the salon takes no cut. **Product commission.** A separate rate on retail sales (10%, for instance). **Calculation.** Payroll → New period → automatic calculation → per staff member: revenue, commission, tips, overtime, advances, deductions → net pay. 📑 A PDF payslip and a SEPA transfer file, both one click away.
