Conflict Resolution

Same staff member, double booking — how the system sorts it out.

Conflicts come in three kinds: **1. Staff conflict.** The same staff member booked twice at the same hour — the system blocks it, and overriding it by hand needs permission. **2. Room or cabin conflict.** One room, two appointments — you get a warning and a suggested alternative room. **3. D-CCM conflict.** Another appointment landing in active time — the system gives **passive stretches** priority. **Override rights.** Owner and Manager roles can accept a conflict deliberately (in an emergency, for instance). **Logs.** Every conflict override is written to the audit log (Settings → Activity log). 💡 On every conflict the system suggests an **alternative slot** — one click to move it.
