**1. Card errors.** - `card_declined`: the bank refused it — the customer needs to call their bank. - `insufficient_funds`: not enough on the card. - `expired_card`: the card has expired. **2. 3-D Secure.** The customer did not enter the SMS code, or entered it wrongly — it can be retried after three to five minutes. **3. Stripe account not verified.** Glanevo → Settings → Payments → Stripe → “Verify account” → upload the missing documents. **4. Broken webhook.** Glanevo → Settings → Payments → “Webhook test” — does it return 200? **5. Test mode still on.** With Stripe Live mode off, only test cards work. **6. Foreign-card restrictions.** Some banks restrict transactions with foreign acquirers (Stripe Ireland); the customer has to ask their bank to allow international transactions. **Logs.** Settings → Activity log → “payment failed” carries the full Stripe error message.
