Glanevo warns you when you go past your plan's limits: **Staff limit.** Pro = 10, Premium = 50. - Delete or archive inactive staff. - Or upgrade (Pro → Premium, billed pro-rata). **Appointment limit.** Free = 100 a month. - Upgrade the plan. **Storage (photos, documents).** Premium = 100 GB. - Delete old photos, or buy the storage add-on (₺99/month for another 100 GB). **SMS sending.** When the balance on your connected provider account (Netgsm/Twilio etc.) runs out, sending stops. - Top up from your provider's own dashboard. **API rate limit.** 100 requests/hour on Pro, 1,000 on Premium. - Upgrade to Premium, or make fewer requests. 🚨 The owner is warned 14 days ahead; after that the feature in question is suspended, with all data preserved.
