**1. The bin (30 days).** A deleted customer, appointment or service sits in Customers → Bin for 30 days. **2. Restore.** One click brings it back with everything attached (appointment history, payments). **3. Activity log.** Settings → Activity log shows who deleted what, and when. **4. Restoring from backup (Premium).** - An automatic backup runs at 03:00 every day. - The last 30 days are kept. - On request, support can restore you to a particular date. **5. Single-row rollback.** The audit log has an “undo” button for five minutes after an action. ⚠️ Confirmed e-invoices and financial records cannot be deleted for legal reasons — they are only archived.
