A **no-show fee** is charged automatically when a customer does not turn up. **1.** Turn it on under **Settings → Appointments → No-show fee**. **2. Amount.** A flat sum (₺100, say) or a percentage of the service price (50%, say). **3. Threshold.** How many hours before the appointment a cancellation still avoids the fee (two hours, for example). **4. Card pre-authorisation.** The customer has to give card details when booking — Stripe or iyzico stores them without charging. **5. Automatic collection.** When you mark a no-show, the fee is taken through the Stripe webhook and an invoice goes to the customer. 📉 A no-show fee typically cuts the no-show rate by around **70%**.
